They assigned her as the leader of a girl-group called Fin.K.L. which stood for Fine Killing Liberty. The other members included Ock Joo Hyun, Lee Jin, and Sung Yuri. The group became incredibly popular in South Korea, and Hyori was the most famous out of their group due to her amazing looks. When Fin.K.L. disbanded, Hyori became a solo artist.
